How To Choose Beautiful Fall Wedding Flowers
Fall is one of the easiest seasons to pick wedding flowers. Couples use natures palette to inspire. Planning for a fall wedding usually happens a season or two in advance. This is where your imagination will have to take over. Look at the luscious green foilage on the tree outside your window. Now feel the crisp cool nights in September and imagine your tree turning bright orange to crimson red, hues of amber and traces of sage. The leaves are falling all around you leaving chocolate brown twigs. Acorns on the ground are being gathered by your neighbourhood squirrel. So how does this translate into bouquets for a fall wedding? Starting with the brides bouquet, I would choose a hand tied style. (the bride would hold onto the natural stems of the flowers)The flowers are gathered as if you went into nature itself and created your design. Orange roses, red roses mango calla lilies, hypercercium berries, grasses, and twigs all pulled together in one bouquet evoke all that fall has to offer. Scaled down versions for the bridesmaid(s) are a logical choice. For the groom and grooms men a boutenierre of a single bloom such as the mango calla lily or the crimson red rose will complement your floral theme. Just by picking the colours of the season your wedding bouquets will create theme of fall.
